Guideline to Authors for Oral Presentation
1. Any change in schedule will not be entertained.
2.Check your venue and time in the Session Schedule
3. All the participants should report to the presentation hall 15 Minutes prior to the starting of the sessions
4. All the participants should load their presentations 15 Minutes prior to the starting of the sessions
5.Invited oral = 10 min (warn at 8 min) + 2 min for questions( Maximum 20 slides).
6. Kindly be seated in the hall after individual presentation until all the presentations are over.
7. The session chair will conclude by announcing the best paper for the session and distribute the certificates.
8. Kindly be seated in the hall until the entire session is over.
